Having Good Health - The Key to Happiness


           Staying healthy is a great source of wealth, it is more valuable than having all the money in the world. Having the ability to do things is something that money can't buy. For this very reason it is important that we take an active part in taking care of our selves.


1- This should be obvious, but it is very important that you have the right diet and eat the right foods, eating a lot of junk food will mess you up. It may even cause you long-term harm.

2- Always remember to stay active and do some type of physical activity. This doesn't have to be a full workout, it can just be the everyday things which we take for granted such as walking for 5 to 10 minutes a day, or taking the stairs instead of the lift.

3- It is a good idea to always know what your weight is, and have concerns about it, not obsessively but you should have in mind, how much you weigh so that you don't become overweight.

4- Living a stressful life can be a problem to your health, it can cause you headaches and unrest. You should always choose where you go and what you say. All these things can contribute to stress.

5- The last thing you should consider is how you treat yourself, remember you need to have respect for your body, that means treating it with respect, in terms of what we eat and the physical activities you take part in.
